Not your typical public service announcement.
Tickborne diseases are a growing health issue. That’s not news to any of us—but we still tend to tune out messages about how to protect ourselves. So our goal with this public service advertising campaign was to disrupt the generally passive nature of PSAs and create interest by hiding ticks in our messages for people to find. It was a playful, engaging way to get the public to do exactly what they needed to after being outdoors: take just a few seconds to check for ticks.
