Media Billing Specialist

We are looking for an accounting whiz. Someone who combines a detective’s mindset with laser-sharp organizational skills. Working within a predictable monthly billing cycle, this part-time position offers good schedule flexibility and the chance to help us streamline a critical part of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage and track orders and invoices using multiple software systems
  • • Tracking media budgets
  • • Ensure clients are billed in a timely manner
  • • Communicate with media vendors regarding invoices
  • • Reconcile invoices against planned and actual spending

 
Must-Haves:

  • • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • • Super organizational skills
  • • Detail-focused, process-oriented
  • • Strong follow-through ability
  • • Team-player that can also work independently
