At HMC, our internship program provides an exciting opportunity for students like you to acquire real-world agency experience as an extension of your academic coursework. Here, you will work closely with other HMC-ers, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop professionally in a hands-on approach with real clients and consequences. As our intern, we expect that you will end the semester with a portfolio of work demonstrating your understanding of the marketing process from beginning to end–an experience and tool you will find useful in any employment setting. This portfolio will take shape throughout your time here as you work with each agency department and as project(s) progress.

As an ideal internship candidate, you possess a curiosity about what makes people act and think the way they do, and have a knack for solving problems. You are interested in learning how to develop and realize impactful ideas. And you must be ready and able to assist in research, design, media placement, and positivity.
