Stowe Gets a Lift from Segmentation

For the first time in the Resort’s history, we led an unprecedented deep dive into Stowe’s customer data and developed a comprehensive segmentation strategy. By identifying guest segments that represented nearly 70% of the Resort’s overall revenue, we crafted a multi-season approach to media planning and creative development that spoke directly to these audiences. The sustained spike in inquires, purchase and repeat business powerfully reaffirmed the approach.
