Stowe really knew the mountains. What they didn’t know quite as well was their audience. So for the first time in the resort’s history, HMC led deep-dive marketing research into Stowe’s customer data and then developed a comprehensive segmentation strategy. By identifying guest segments that represented nearly 70% of the Resort’s overall revenue, we created a multi-season approach to media planning and integrated creative development that spoke directly to these audiences. The sustained spike in inquiries, purchases, and repeat business powerfully reaffirmed our approach.
