The Key to Quitting

The Vermont Department of Health was struggling to solve a complex problem. Vermont had too many groups, organizations, coalitions and agencies in the field. We consolidated the state’s anti-smoking efforts under one brand—802Quits. We developed a new name, identity system, complete digital overhaul, segmented consumer and healthcare provider marketing campaigns, message testing, detailed reporting, community coalition training materials and more. During our relationship, Vermont has enjoyed a consistent drop in smoking rates among adults, youth and at-risk populations.
